If you're going to be checking-in late you should call the hotel and have them note on your reservation that you'll be checking-in late and to not release your room as a 'no-show' because you will be arriving. This is a good policy if checking-in anytime after 10pm or so, but should deinfately be done if you'll be arriving after midnite.

I stayed at the Hyatt this past Saturday, Feb. 21, on a Priceline win and had no problem checking in at 12:30 pm. Everything was GREAT by the way, and was treated no differently than any other guest, even though I paid only $62!! Highly recommended hotel.
