rhennosy
Please advise. I am looking for a beachfront hotel with a pool for $100 max per night including resort fees. Your help is appreciated. This is a great site. Thanks,Rich Link to comment
thereuare
With PRICELINE you won't know if there are resort fees, and if so how much, until after your purchase... so you'll need to keep your bids low enough to accont for a resort fee (up to $25 i would think to be safe). As well, while i suspect most hotels in this area have a pool, this too can not be guaranteed with PRICELINE, nor with a beachfront location.Based upon your needs it sounds as if HOTWIRE may be a better option for you for this stay... if you search HOTWIRE, do any hotels appear within your budget with a Beachfront and Pool icon? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. rhennosy
I am looking for a beach hotel with a pool. I would like to spend $100 per night or less. Is this reasonable to expect for this time of year? Any advice on getting this room would be appreciated. Thanks,Rich Link to comment
thereuare
Please don't double post... keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread. As per our reply above, with PRICELINE you can't guarantee a hotel with a pool and/or beach. If these are needs as opposed to wants then HOTWIRE will likely be a better option. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly. Is it possible to find a 2 room suite on PRICELINE / HOTWIRE or should I just expect to book 2 rooms? Can you help identify a HOTWIRE hotel? It is 3 star, beachfront, fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, laundry, wireless internet, tennis nearby. $80 for my dates.Thank you.Rich Link to comment

rhennosy
When I click "continue" it takes me to the sign in process. As I continue again it takes me to add features like insurance etc. It never gives me more information about the hotel.thanks,Rich Link to comment

I got the Tradewinds Sandpiper Resort. Add $25 per night and I am at $95. Their website was $145 so I think I got a pretty good deal. I thought $70 was a low bid, I wish I would have started at $60, but I think it would have taken $70.Thanks for your help.Rich Link to comment
