elke Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 Had a lot of rejected offers in $50-75 range in Del Mar area adding bidding zones.Gave up and tried San Diego Coastal, starting at $78, 4 stars only, in hopes of getting offer like the Estancia one listed below ($88). $78 was accepted on first try.Thanks for the great site!
