robteb
Started low ($50) just for fun, fully expecting to end up around $62, as this seems to be the going rate for the Hyatt these days, and was correct in my prediction. It took four attempts ($50, $55, $60 and $62), adding South Boston, Brighton/Brookline and Medford/Somerville as safe rebid zones without 4* choices.Got the Thursday night and extended it for one night. Then went back, with a $62 initial bid, and got two rooms for the Saturday night, as I will be joining my friends for that night only. This is the exact hotel we wanted, as it is basically connected to the Orpheum Theatre (no outside walking in case of a nor-easter that weekend!).As always, used the better bidding PRICELINE link!!
