thereuare
Current rates reflect the current economic conditions... which isn't to say that rates can't go lower (or higher); it all depends upon how actual bookings (and cancellations) come in relative to the expected bookings (and cancellations)Do you want to wait awhile before booking? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. RedmondFrank
Do you want to wait awhile before booking?thanks for your reply. I would wait if I thought the price will fall. I'll surely use the HOTWIRE link.do you have a guess about what property has these amenities ? I should have added: no hint via TripAdvisor rating/#reviews. Link to comment
Looser
is there any chance to identify this hotel??? Link to comment
RAAZ
My best guess, based on a search on Expedia, is The Signature at MGM Grand in a One Bedroom Suite. Here is what Expedia lists for that property:4.5 starsOne king bed with pillowtop mattress, 300-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens, down comforter. Sofa bed in separate living room. Furnished balcony. View of mountains and Las Vegas Strip. Floors 2 Link to comment
thereuare
I suspect the MGM Signature would be a possibility, but what is it that you're looking for from this stay?? Why not the 5*, and less expensive, directly on the strip? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. RedmondFrank
RAAZ - thanks for the excellent guess. I hadn't noticed that at the area map one can also plug in an address... so the MGM Sig is at the westernmost (Strip closest) edge of the Near Strip East...we'd gladly trade half a star and $7 for a suite. and if we assume the 5* is the Wynn (trip advisor 4.0 on currently 1500 reviews) there are certainly some grousing reviews about high expectations not met. Thanks both of you for great insights!Frank Link to comment

EvilGazebo
I agree: I looked at this one and came to the conclusion that it was The Signature. Went for TI in the end for location but it wasn't an easy decision: Signature looks nice.......... Link to comment

Went for TI in the end for location but it wasn't an easy decision: Signature looks nice..........I'm going to keep shopping...a. it's now up $119 and can be booked for $129 at a variety of non-opaque travel sites. ... doesn't seem a sufficient discount.b. there seems to be a $20 mandatory "resort/internet" feec. it doesn't get the hotwire "best value" check.
