Hotwire Hotel: NEED HELP WITH 3.5* TORONTO (NORTH YORK-VAUGHAN)

I am offered a 3.5* in Toronto (North York-Vaughan) for $56 for February 7, 2009 -1 night. Amenities and Trip Advisor rating matches Novotel North York (which is what I want -- sister is going to see Jersey Boys right next door), but that hotel is currently listed in the Better Bidding list as 3*. Could it have possibly been upgraded to 3.5*? This map area is HUGE, so I don't want her to end up near Canada's Wonderland!! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

My sister and brother-in-law have decided to drive home after the show rather than stay in Toronto, so no hotel booking this time around. They are taking me out to dinner before the show though -- free meal is always good!!!
