My best guess for the 3* is the Park Inn & Suites on Broadway (formerly the Park Plaza).

With no listed amenities and no Tripadvisor information, I can't identify the 2.5* hotel with any certainty. However, I think you have to consider the Howard Johnson, Ramada, and Ramada Limited as possibilities. These hotels tend to be pretty cheap in the off-season, so check the rates for these hotels on their websites and on other travel websites to see if there are sufficient savings here (my guess is that there aren't).
