jewelst
There are no hotels available for NYC, Times Square on HOTWIRE for the past few days. I'm just wondering if anyone knows, if I put bids in on PRICELINE in Times Square would I still be able to get a hotel? My dates are Dec. 12-18/08 for 2 adults and 2 kids. any suggestions? jewelst
I "won" a bid for 3.5* Times Square on Priceline at Sheraton Manhattan at Times Square for $160 +s/c and taxes. My dates were Dec. 12-14/08. This was my first bid for today. On Nov. 12, 2008, I made a similar bid for 3.5* and "won" at $186 + taxes and s/c for Dec. 14-18/08 but was refused the Dec. 12-14 weekend dates. It was the same hotel. It may pay to wait sometimes...we probably could have gone a little lower but we were anxious to get a room for next week.good luck. Link to comment
