slick_gd
This one looks like it could be the Wynn or the Venetian. The only thing that is throwing me off is the kitchenette. Searching through both of these hotel's websites only the Venetian looks to have some rooms that have a dining area and wet bar, I could not find the same at the Wynn, but that does not mean that the Wynn doesn't have it. Either way, these are two amazing hotels. Keep in mind that it could also be a completely different hotel than either of these since new hotels can be added at any time. Only the Wynn and Venetian have been identified on this site as 5* in the Centre Strip so far. Please use this HOTWIRE link to start your purchase and let us know the result. Link to comment
grandmasterptp
Do you think it's strange that 'Casino' isn't listed as an amenity? Link to comment

slick_gd
Now that you mention it Diamond Dog, yea, the Trump could be good bet. Every room comes with a fully equipped kitchen:"Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf and Bosch" (directly from the Trump Vegas Suites site)I totally missed the fact that Casino wasn't listed as an amenity. Looks like we may have a new hotel to add to the list. Use this HOTWIRE link to start the purchase. Link to comment
Diamond Dog
It's worth adding, for grandmastetrptp's sake, The Trump is not on The Strip. It stands at the west perimeter of the old Frontier car park. I'd guess it's maybe half a mile from The Strip itself. Link to comment
slick_gd
Looking at google maps, the Trump hotel is just north of the strip but it runs along the same street, Las Vegas Blvd. Essentially there is the Trump, then south of that is the Fashion Show Mall, then south of that is Treasure Island. I stayed at Treasure Island a couple years ago and it was about a 5 min walk from TI to the mall, so I would expect another 5 minutes to get to Trump. Link to comment
Diamond Dog
I was in Vegas in July - Google maps is just plain wrong!! Trump is situated on the west perimeter of the old Frontier car park- it is not on the Strip, as most would describe it. I stayed at The Palazzo, and looked over at the Trump from the pool deck. Believe me, it is behind the Fashion Show Mall - west of it. Treasure Island is, indeed, south of Fashion Show Mall. North of Fashion Show Mall is the empty parking area, before the construction area of (what will be) Echelon.I'm only saying this so no one books it, believing they'll walk out of the door of The Trump and be on Las Vegas Boulevard. They won't. They'll need to turn left (east) and walk about half a mile before they get to Fashion Show Mall/Treasure Island. In the colder winter months, it's not a major problem. In summer, that walk would constitute (for most people) a reallly uncomfortable 15/20 minutes or so. So much that, in fact, most would prefer a car or grabbing a taxi. And there's the resultant cost of that that to be taken into account, when one is booking the hotel. Link to comment
Diamond Dog
Just looked at Google Maps - where it pinpoints Trump is at the intersection of Fashion Show Mall & The Strip. Unfortunately, it also still shows The Frontier as standing!!! That map is a year old - and they've just sited Trump where it thinks it should be, not actually where it is! Link to comment
out2ski
Yes this hotel is the Trump Tower. I booked on Monday and didn't realize it didn't have a casino. I'm bummed! Link to comment
