For $106, they're showing a 3.5* in Downtown Montreal with these amenities: Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, Hi-Speeed Internet, Kitchenette.

The 4* looks to be a match for Le Centre Sheraton, and the 3.5* looks to match the Cantlie Suites. These would be my best guess.
