lorenae
We will be staying one night, arriving late on Easter Sunday and then leaving early on Monday am to the Bahamas, so we prefer an airport hotel. Only two hotels show up: a three star at $58 and a two star at $146. The amenities for the 3* are: restaurant, pool, fitness room, business center, and tennis nearby. This leads me to believe it's the Sheraton. What concerns me is I'd really like a airport shuttle. The Sheraton has a complimentary shuttle (on its website), but this is not listed as one of the amenities. What do you think? I've never used Hotwire before, so I'm a newbie at this. I know it's early, so I have a little bit of time to look for a deal. Link to comment
thereuare
I too believe that this is the Sheraton and i seem to recall in the past this same discussion about the hotel not showing the shuttle amenity icon but the hotel's website indeed showing shuttle service. For some reason, some hotels choose not to show all of the amenity icons offered. sportmom
It might be the Wyndham, across the street (Griffin Rd) from the Sheraton. I got a 3* on Hotwire for last December (made reservations June '03) for a conference and my confirmation said Hilton. When I got there to check in, it had changed at the beginning of the week to the Wyndham. Nice place, outstanding service, and they do list an airport shuttle on their website. thereuare
But given our HOTWIRE HOTEL LIST for this area.... this description, without the shuttle icon, matches the Sheraton... when the Wyndham has been reported the Hotwire description showed an Shuttle icon.
