dog_lover
Used your PRICELINE link (thanks!):Started at $30 for Anaheim CA (wanted to be near Disneyland). - RejectedBid $35 included Seal Beach - RejectedBid $40 included Huntington Beach - RejectedIncluded Costa Mesa at $45 and won bid...Was hoping to get Wyndham OC; we've stayed there twice already and loved it (won at $43 bids twice). Great location. Really wanted to be in Disney area but seems that hotels around there are booked for Aug...saw several postings for $45 Hilton Suites wins and was hoping to get that; but realized wouldn't be getting 3 star Disney area for that price range because been bidding every day for about a week now.Anyone know how this hotel is? Any one know if possible to upgrade to suite/or is it even worth it?Thanks for the forum...has made travelling to OC very exciting since... Link to comment

PLAF2
Won this hotel last year for $45. Hotel was nice, but they charge a rip off $14 a day parking fee. I ended up parking in a residential area 10 minutes away and walked. I usually book 2.5*, many of these hotels include breakfast, free internet and parking, but many times they try to do you a favor of upgrading you to a 3* hotel that nickels and dimes you for everything.
