There is a character limit to the topic title, so the price and dates were probably cut off. To make it fit (and the correct format the board follows):

Title: Star Rating City (Zone) Hotel Name

Sub-Title: $xx ... m/d/yy-m/d/yy

Using the above format there is almost always enough space to fit all the pertinent info.
