Priceline Hotel: 2* Montreal Glamour Hotel And Suites

I'm staying Sept. 13 night, aiming towards a 2 star.

Hotwire price are high for that period : 79$ for a 2 star, 119 for a 3 star.

Any suggestion of strategy in terms of bidding for that period, for 2 star.

3 star: 55 refused

2 star: 40 refused

next day:

3 star 60 refused

2 star 45 refused

next day:

3 star 65 refused

2 star 47 refused (was aksed to increase by 13$ and rebid...did not)

next day:

3 star 67 refused (dont want to go any higher than 70$ for 3 star)

2 star 50 refused (may have to go to that 60$...any better ideas?)

This is in walking distance from the concert i am attending that night.

However, just looking at the Tripadvisor reviews, this may be a dump.

Glad you got the price you were looking for, but sorry to have read the reviews, as they're not encouraging.

Some online sites do rate this one 3* so it'll be interesting to see how your stay goes. In reading some of the reviews it appears that they lose quite a few bookings, so i'd call them in a few days to make sure they have your reservation in order, and i'd call again a few days before your stay.
