hd_lowrider_ma
Hi, after a hiatus I am back, could not resist the $29 airfare from PVD. What do you think? Figure I would start at $40 and up in $5 increments as it looks as though I have 7 bids. Hotwire has what looks to be Hyatt @ Penn's for $109. Would like to see if I could score in the $60 - $70 range. Never been to Phillie so I am guessing downtown/waterfront would be a good jumping off point.cheers Link to comment

thereuare
That's a great rate... and i have heard very good things about this property. As you say you have never been to Philly before, "Jim's Steaks" on South St isn't too far from your hotel and is regarded as one of the better places in town for a cheesesteak. Thanks for sharing. thereuare
I hope to try in a few weeks when i finalize my trip to RDU where we have friends (Raleigh) and family (Charolette).... so obviously we'll need a rental car too! We're flying out of PHL (instead of NYC) to hopefully get an $82/pp RT flight, if all goes well a 4* hotel (at least in RDU) should be about $40/nite or so... haven't looked at Charlotte prices since i'll have to pay whatever it takes but hopefully i'll get a good deal.
