I would have bid 3* but there are 3* hotels in the Priceline Downtown Seattle zone (such as the Holiday Inn on Dexter) that are not within comfortable walking distance of the main retail area. This will be my first time at the Westin but it looks good and they always seem to have great beds!

Congratulations on your win!

This is a very nice hotel and like all Westin properties, the beds are fantastic! The rooms have an interesting "pie" shape to them (the towers are circular) and perhaps a little smaller than the typical hotel room, but ask for a hiigh floor for some fantastic views.

Hopefully this won't affect you, but note that the pool is closed for renovations... other than that, a great location for exploring Seattle.

According to a recent Tripadvisor review, the pool has been open for at least a week (it was scheduled to be closed until June 15).

Thanks for the correction... for some reason i thought it was going to be closed well thru the summer (which i didn't understand why they would close it "in season"... but looks like i was mistaken)
