pamh Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 We just got back from San Antonio. Staybridge Suites was wonderful. The room was nice. Having a refrigerator and microwave was terrific. The pool is small, but nice and clean. There are grills near the pool area (good to know for next time). The complimentary breakfast was really a treat! Scrambled eggs, oatmeal, ham, donuts, muffins, wafflemaker, juice, yogurt, milk, fruit, bagels, cereal, etc. Perfect start to a day at Fiesta Texas.The front desk did mention something that we found interesting. She said that Priceline rooms are strictly studios, but that Hotwire rooms are "whatever is available". This leaves open the possibility of getting a larger 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom unit with Hotwire.We were very pleased with Staybridge Suites and would definitely stay there again. Link to comment
