Hi,

Was wondering if you could help me locate a room in Reno:

5/31-6/1/08 (1 night)

preferably eldorado or silver legacy

On Hotwire: (Have never tried Priceline)

3* Downtown Reno

Amenities: Casino, Fitness Center, Airport Shuttle, Restaurants

AND

3.5* Downtown Reno

Amenities: Casino, Fitness Center, Restaurants, Spa Services, Airport Shuttle, Pool(s), Business Center

My guess is that the 3* is Circus and 3.5* is Eldorado???

3* Downtown Reno is probably the Holiday Inn, and I strongly suggest NOT to stay there. The hotel is in a seedy neighborhood, not at a walking distance from anywhere, the attached casino is the favorite hangout of local pimps and drug dealers, the parking lot has no security at all and is full of casino patrons panhandling for a spare change to play in the penny machines. I wouldn't let my brother-in-law stay there, and the SOB is sleeping with my little sister!

The 3.5* matches previous reportes for the Silver Legacy Resort Casino so that would be our best guess for that one.
