Yes it was, and yes I am. :)

I had bid up to $60 on Priceline a couple of days ago (Hotwire price was $69), and up to $56 today (Hotwire $64). I decided I would take the Hotwire deal as I was prety certain it was the Sheraton, and the risk of getting a less desirable hotel wasn't worth saving a few dollars.

I think there are certain times, and certain zones where HOTWIRE is a better option than PRICELINE. Especially if there is a hotel you are trying to avoid, if you know what I mean. :)

Thanks for all you do for this board, and the excellent moderating you do. I used to support TOBB, but this one is far superior, IMHO. Good Job!
