bturner13
I am not one to complain but this FI is perhaps the worst I have ever stayed it. It is as bad as the last time I stayed here! First off--Check in Customer Service is really a Dis-service! The property and room is in horrible condition! The checkin girl said that this is what you get when you book Priceline! I suspect the b'fast tomorrow will be as poor as last time. I have a feeling that Marriott will dump this property because it does not maintain the Marriott standards. :) Link to comment
thereuare
Some properties, that wish to treat 'opaque' customers differently than 'regular' customers, just shouldn't participate with opaque programs. DeltaPurser
Hi bturner... Take the time to write a complaint to both Marriott and Priceline. If nothing else, the hotel may be downgraded to a 1* (which, in my experience, most Fairfield Inns are). And the only way Marriott would know to pull the license from this property would be if enough people complainted about them...Sorry you had a bad stay!DeltaPurser Link to comment
bturner13
DeltaPurser, thanks for the feedback. I have written a complain to Marriott and ask the manager of this property contact me. I am thinking like you, the Fairfield Inns should be 1* and the Fairfield Inns & Suites should stay as 2* hotels. :) Link to comment
