Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* DC (Bethesda-Silver Spring) Hyatt Regency

Trying to help my sister-in-law book 2 rooms from 1/21-1/23 - is this the hyatt bethesda for $79? it has fitness center, restaurant, high speed internet, pool and business center.

if she wants to try priceline instead, is there only one re-bid zone for a 3*, and what should she start at for a 3* (i'll repost under priceline if i should not combine these questions). thanks in advance.

The above is a match for the Hyatt Bethesda so that would be our best guess.
