gjjohnson Posted December 19, 2007 Report Share Posted December 19, 2007 Just for grins I decided to bid $50 on a 4* hotel at the SFO Airport/San Mateo for Dec 28 - Dec 31.It was accepted on the first try! The hotel is the San Mateo Marriott -- which is a really nice property that's not too far away from the airport.I've stayed here before and the last time I had to bid $75 to get a room, so they must have a few rooms available this weekend.I used SavingsBarn PRICELINE links for the bid and will post an update when I get back from this trip.Thanks and have a great New Year!
