windchaser Posted March 4, 2003 Report Share Posted March 4, 2003 This was my first trip to Priceline, but after a referral here from Cruise critic and reading a few posts from this site, I thought what the heck I'll give it a whirl. I started out with a 50.00 bid for a 4* hotel and was rejected. I decided there may not be any 4* or maybe I was just a little to CHEAP ! I then revised my bid to include 3* and Bingo I was awarded the Embasy Suites for [email protected]+Processing [email protected]=$61.41 Total. Not to bad considering the same property on TO sells for $149.33+tax. Good luck to you, I hope this helps as many of the other posts helped me. Link to comment
