mcpheejo Posted July 31, 2007 Report Share Posted July 31, 2007 This is the first time I have had a bid accepted in San Diego during the summer.I bid $70 for a four star in Downtown San Diego & Harbor Island - RejectedI then bid $75 added 3 stars - RejectedI then bid $80 added Point Loma- Shelter Isl, Old Town - RejectedI then bid $85 adding Mission Valley and was accepted. Mission Valley Sheraton's rack rate is $289. The Motel 6 down there charges $79 and is sold out for these dates. (Not that any of us would ever stay there but it's an interesting comparison.)
