I first started bidding at $70 and was rejected, and then added a free rebid zone at $75 and got it. The website for the Cypress had rooms at $159, and the only other reported choice was the Moorpark Hotel had website rates at $189, therefore I assumed I was getting the Cypress which was my first choice anyway.
