Hotwire Hotel: 4* Toronto (Downtown West) Hilton

I gave up on Priceline because I couldn't get anything 4* for up to $67. Figured this was Hilton on Hotwire and went for it @$76 - used betterbidding link.

Note - after purchase, I noticed the price bumped up to $79

As it turns out the Hilton is being renovated floor by floor. I requested a 'quiet room' when checking in but was told 'there really aren't any quiet rooms with the renovations'.

Even on a Sunday morning there was hammering and drilling at 8 a.m.

Is a 4 star hotel still a 4 star when it is under construction????
