perky
I found a 2.5 star on Hotwire for next spring - Las Olas , Downtown , Port Everglades area for $126. I would like to try and identify it or at least narrow it down.Amenities are: Suite, complimentary breakfast, pool, laundry and High speed internet. Any help would be appreciated. Link to comment

thereuare
Unfortunatley this property has not yet been identified and HOTWIRE doesn't give us any additional clues to try to determine the ID.The Hyatt has some new properties opening in the area soon, so you may be able to pick up an inexpensive opening special there... certainly somthing to keep an eye on. perky
So do you think it would still be in the 17th St. area same as Amerisuites, Holiday Inn Express etc. I called the Amerisuites and they told me the Hyatt was taking them over by next spring and that is why they are more expensive then last spring. Are the other properties they are opening in the same area? BTW thanks thereuare Link to comment
thereuare
Amerisuites have turned into "hyatt place" properties. The amenities above don't match what was last seen for the Amerisuites... they may have changed since last reported (or since being taken over by the Hyatt) but no evidence of this as of this point, so i have no reason to think it is the Amerisuites/Hyatt.Even before the change took place, there was another 2.5* rated Suite hotel in this area which was not the Amerisuites... but it had never been identified and this may be the hotel you're seeing above.
