Hotwire Hotel: Has anyone ever seen the 3* condo, Las Vegas, center strip

I've never seen a 3 star condo in the center strip; does anyone have any information?

Amenities include suite, fitness center, pool, high-speed internet access, and a kitchenette.

I don't know what this property is, but is there a reason you would want a condo property when there are 4* hotels directly on the strip for less?

Sometimes there's a reason why certain properties haven't been reported... they're just not an optio when considering the alternatives.

The reason I'm considering it is because I'm purchasing rooms for a large group of people. If this property is decent, I makes more sense to share space in a more expensive condo-type setup than pay for two or three rooms.

I think you'll still face similar occupancy issuess... regardless of whether it is a condo or a hotel room.

HOTWIRE allows you to select up to quad occupancy, anything more than that is a risk.
