Hello,

Any tips on bidding for a 5 star hotel in Vegas on the strip (hoping for the Venetian). The current rate on their website is 209 for the smallest room.

We wouldn't want to suggest a strategy that went higher then you wanted to pay... what is your maximum bid?

The maximum I'd like to pay is $125.00 per night.

If current rates remain where they are, I'm doubtful you'll be successful at $125 or less. To try, you have 7 re-bid zones available when bidding 5* in the Las Vegas area. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.
