Hotwire Hotel: Priceline Strategy for Vancouver 3* Downtown

I know that there is a 3 re-bid zones for 4* Downtown Vancouver. However, I am unable to get any 4* rooms after bidding up to $135/- for June 16 to 20. Can you advise a 3* strategy for downtown Vancouver? I am willing to go up to $100/- as I see some winning bids at $81/-. Many thanks.

Note that HOTWIRE has a 4* hotel in the Entertainment District for $159/nite... if you really want a 4* you can try increasing your bid another $5-$10 and that may just be enough.

If not, when bidding 3* in Vancouver you have two re-bid zones available. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

Select 3* Vancouver...

Bid $65, if rejected add re-bid zone1...

Bid $70, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.

Select 3* Vancouver and re-bid zone2...

Bid $75, if rejected add re-bid zone1...

Bid $80, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.
