Tburr Posted April 4, 2007 Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 I had to do several bids by rebidding different zones to get a decent price. I finally bid Bloomsbury and Regents Park for $98.00. I got the London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale. The total with fees and taxes was $123.14. I went to the Marriott website and the same AAA rate for this hotel with taxes was $266.00, so it was a great deal.It was a lot less then anything offered on Hotwire.It is a bit out of the area I wanted, but I cannot complain about the price. Has anyone stayed here? I know it is on the Bakerloo Line near the Kilburn Tube station. Is it easy to find from the Tube station? Link to comment

The only complaint I've heard is that it's in Zone 2, but it's only 2 stops from Paddington. Bakerloo line will take you straight to the center of town and it'll do it fast. Link to comment
