This was bid on Dec-09 so I was a little liberal with the $$s. In a nutshell check-in was a breeze (@ 11am) with a room ready on the 8th floor. Facing a residential building just to the east of the JW and a partial view of the harbour and street. No street noise at all. About 15 minutes in the room housekeeping came by with my arrival ammenity...bowl of fresh fruit and a pot of chineses tea (sort of like a 'Teet Guan Yum'?).

Nice one night stay before heading back to NAmerica.

Just curious, how many persons can a room accommodate for your winning bid?

I am not 100% sure.

The room that I got was with a single King bed and although relatively spacious I don't know if there would have been room for another roll-away (folding bed). I am sure there are rooms with 2 doubles but I am not sure if available with PL rooms.
