Priceline Hotel: hyatt windward pointe

I got an offer in the mail to celebrate Key West at HYATT Windward Pointe. Offer is -

stay for $89/night per couple and also will get reimbursed upto $100 for airfare travel required by Mar 07

I have to join for 90 minute behing the scenes presentation of the resort what it offers

I am hesistant with the 90 minute presentation and need your opinion to accept this offer or reject

See this user's recent timeshare experience where "all i have to do is listen to a 90 minute presentation".

Usually timeshare presentations are more indepth than described. These companies aren't stupid, close hard, and if they're giving you $100+ of value, you can bet that overall they make their money back and a whole lot more... all this from people who take advantage of the offer(s) with no intention of buying anything.
