discjoker
-Started bidding at $45-Priceline made a counteroffer for $58-Ignored counteroffer, added rebid zone, rebid for $48, ACCEPTED!Your Offer Price: $48.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 1 Subtotal: $48.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $13.45 Total Charges: $61.45 This just goes to show that you should totally ignore and never accept a Priceline counteroffer if you have rebids left. They are meant to maximize $$$ for Priceline and cause an overbid. Also, this reinforces the fact that there is no formula for rebidding based on counteroffers. I only added $3 after Priceline requested an additional $13 and the bid was accepted. Link to comment
