teamdesign
Surprised to get the Intercontinental, you should add it to the Priceline hotel list for downtown Austin. While $157 seems high compared to other posts, it's a football weekend, so prices are high everywhere. Hotwire had the Intercontinental at $182/night and the IC website rates were $280/night.Started bidding at $100/night in $5 increments for a week ... and bid up to $135 when I got a page that said if I increased my bid by $22 I could resubmit it immediately. So, $157 it was.Check-In Date: Thu, Nov 2, 2006 Check-In Time: After 03:00 PM Check-Out Date: Mon, Nov 6, 2006 Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM Your Offer Price: $157.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 4 Subtotal: $628.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $111.24 Total Charges: $739.24 Link to comment
