dbilling
Ooops, that wasn't quite right... actual bidding went like this:$85 Link to comment
AaronJB
Wow, that's an awesome deal for the Monaco (a very nice hotel with a good, central location) - especially for 4 rooms! :) Link to comment
versley
Wonderful that this worked for you, however for any future bidding, Skokie is not a free bid zone for 4*.anymore as I see it. Maybe someone else can verify.??? Noticed this last week that 4* is now available in this zone...I was glad I checked and did not just assume it was the same as last time I bid. Glad that it worked out for you and you got the area you wanted but remember to recheck rebid zones everytime you start a bid or you could end up somewhere you were not intending to. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Thank you for sharing your win and for helping us add this property to the Priceline Hotel List.Enjoy your stay.PS- discussed in another thread, but indeed Skokie is no longer (currently) a re-bid zone at the 4* level Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
dbilling
Wow. I got lucky. I would have been a very unhappy camper if I ended up with a 4* in Skokie. I now completely understand that you must recheck every zone that you plan to use as a free rebid zone before starting any bid sequence. Thanks again! Link to comment
