Priceline Hotel: 3* Palm Springs (Rancho Mirage-Palm Desert) Indian Wells Resort

Am trying to decide whether to take the Hotwire 3* in Palm Desert - La Quinta for October 5th at $67.

Do not see a 3* on the Hotwire list here, on the Priceline list it is the Indian Wells Resort.

If that were the hotel, I would take it.

Any thoughts?

Might it be a Courtyard?

No exact match for this property, but i'm going to guess the Holiday Inn Express. A second guess would be the Indian Wells Resort, but i'd lean a bit more towards the Holiday Inn Express.

Bid accepted for 3* in Palm Springs (RanchoMirage - Indian Wells - Palm Desert) for 10/5 for 2 rooms at $75, total 175.70 at the Indian Wells Resort.

Bid was refused at $70.

Not a great price, especially since the hotel's web site has a web special of $79/night for weekdays + tax but not Priceline fees.

Went through Savingsbarn.com to Priceline.

If we're looking at the same "web special" on their website, it is listed as a September Special (your stay is in October) and doesn't show real-time availability, so it may or may not be available for your date (you need to email or call them for availability)... the best known available rate thru their site (that i could find) is $119/nite. However, what made you bid more than the HOTWIRE offer?
