hephaestion
One night bid on the day of the arrival, $72 ($89.74 with tax and fee)Great deal for the Westin in Arlington, does not seem to go any lower that this. I think I saw a $68 posted somewhere, but not sure. Link to comment
hilltopfamily
thanks for posting your info....very seriously considering a bid for *hopefully* this hotel. Can you tell me.... Did you make any requests directly w/the hotel after getting your PL bid and if so, how were you responded to? If I get this bid that I'm considering making, I'd be calling and requesting 2 beds rather than 1 king....so I'm looking for input on if you had any experience w/this. thanks! Link to comment
hephaestion
You get 2 queen bed by default - that's what priceline automatically requests.I am SPG Gold. I called the hotel directly and they put the number int he reservation. Did not get me any points or anything. this hotel has extremely limited uprade opportunities. I hear even Platinums do not get consistent upgrades. The rooms are pretty smal, but standard Westin style Link to comment

hilltopfamily
hmmm. Then I'd appreciate everyone's thoughts on this: what would you say the likelihood is that I can and will get a room with 2 beds if I request this after winning the bid? Sounds like a good chance of it??? Thanks very much for your thoughts on this! Link to comment
