riley
Doh!My apologies. My night to stay is Sunday July 2nd (2/7/2006) Link to comment
thereuare
Before suggesting a strategy...Priceline's SoHo zone also includes the entire downtown/financial area (see the map of what is covered by this zone) and you're more likely to end up in the financial area than the SoHo area... is this acceptable to you? The downtown/financial area is not typically an ideal location for average visitor. riley
Ah, I see ... you bring a good point to my attention. I was lulled by the Priceline Hotel list for Soho that included 60 Thompson, Soho Grand and Tribecca Grand. I realize the Millenium Hilton is more financial district, but I was going to take the risk.Based on your advice, I will revise my location preferences to:1. MTE2. MTS3. Soho4. MTWThanks! thereuare
Knowing this area well i'll throw in my .02 that i think you're making a mistake by bidding the SoHo area unless you want to end up in the Financial District.... i would be very surprised if you landed a 4* hotel for your price range in the Soho area.Confirm that this indeed what u want to do.Also, have you tried bidding for your PRICELINE LaGuardia stay yet? riley
Yes, I would like to confirm with you that the above are now my top 4 preferences for locale. Thanks for your .02 !p.s. no, haven't bid on LGA yet ... work has been hectic today. Will try within the next hour and let you know how it goes. Link to comment
