haefners6 Posted November 17, 2003 Author Report Share Posted November 17, 2003 After the first night at Wyndam (where they put us in the wrong room), I asked immediately if they had us in King/Non-Smoking as I had requested. They didn't - tried to give me the "Priceline - you get what Priceline gives you" story. I told him I called his hotel directly (talking with the Manager now), and confirmed a King/Non-Smoking. After he, Lee Washington, told me they were full, I stood my ground. He didn't speak to me anymore, but he punched a bunch of keys, and we ended up in King/Non-Smoking with a bit of a view of the lake as well as New Orleans. (and a nice warm cookie!!) Link to comment
