theory12
Started at $64 Resort only for San Juan based upon recent wins; $64 was rejected and when I added rebid zone, bumped it up to $66 which was accepted. :) Used savingsbarn.com link of course. I think this is cheap and can spend the extra bucks saved on taxi-ing around! Thought about Intercontinental and Hotwire but it is $184 still. So I noticed in some markets I got cheap rates when booking so far in advance (Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto, Chicago, etc)...except NYC!!! I think they wait closer to the month of travel to release. I have been seeing good Hotwire rates now and people were getting good Priceline rates. Oh well, something I will learn . Link to comment
thereuare
Congratulations on your win! <a great one at that>This area used to only release rooms very close to arrival date, but lately has been available far in advance, so just when you think you have it figure out... they go and change the rules on you! :)If you're not a member of Hilton Honors do join before your arrival as you get some nice perks at this hotel for being a member. Thanks for starting your bids using the PRICELINE links at SavingsBarn.comEnjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
theory12
hey, Intercontinental is now just $116 for my dates, with Hotwire. I still think I did well though with Caribe and don't mind staying away from action unless I see Intercontinental even lower!!! Link to comment
