Their cancellable rates are really bad compared to Costco Travel car rental rates, around 4 times as much money. Link to comment

(for example, using this link i searched Las Vegas, NV for 9/26-9/29 and you can see there are many Rental Car Express Deals offered) However, given such high demand for rental cars in many cities, you may not see many (or any) Express Deals in some locations. Have you also had a look at HOTWIRE? What location and dates are you looking for?
