Successfully booked Hotel Indigo for 10/31-11/3 for $269/night.

I used the link from these forums plus the listed 5% off Priceline Express code - so total after fees/taxes $930.24. 

It's currently the only 4* hotel for PRICELINE EXPRESS in downtown area. Listed amenities: Free Internet, Bedding, Business Center, Fitness Center, No Smoking Rooms, Pets Allowed, Restaurant.

Regular Priceline listing at $354/night (comparable on other sites).
