IT'S BACK... get notified when Rates Drop!!   03/19/2018

Our newest development, RateDrop.com will monitor hotel prices for your specific dates and notify you if the Rate Drops!   Monitor hotel prices from both PRICELINE EXPRESS and HOTWIRE, as well as 'regular' retail hotel rates, based upon the specific criteria you choose.   While the benefits of tracking rates from Priceline and Hotwire are obvious, another use is to purchase a refundable hotel rate using RefundableRates.com and then also set an alert for that specific hotel using RateDrop... if the price drops, simply cancel and re-book at the new lower rate.   Uses your existing BetterBidding.com account so no additional sign-up is needed.   Get started tracking hotel rates now at RateDrop.com

$175 a night. What I thought was interesting was that it says the last person that booked got THE JEFFERSON. I noticed The Jefferson has never been reported on here... Do you think that's likely what I'll get?

I tried to go through the booking process and noticed it says there's $58 resort fee due at the hotel. I'm guessing that means I'll get the Sofitel... since I don't think The Jefferson even has resort fees... Not really interested in Sofitel at this rate.. What do you all think?

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. (always use this method for your searches/purchases to ensure you're seeing the complete amenity set and for an easy comparison of PRICELINE vs. HOTWIRE, as well as to use our new IS THIS A GOOD PRICE feature).

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 5 star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates:

5* HOTWIRE White House for $175.00
Pet Friendly
Boutique
Smoke Free
Fitness
Restaurant
Business
Hi-Speed Internet
Spa
Blind Accessible
Deaf Accessible
Travel Accessible
Room Accessible
Bathroom Accessible
Handicapped Parking
Roll-in Shower
==> from the Washington DC Hotwire Hotel List this matches previous reports for the Sofitel and that would be my best guess for this one

This information is reference to the last person who bought a hotel of this star rating in the zone, not necessarily in reference to the underlying hotel that is currently being offered.  So this does tell you that The Jefferson is now a 5 star option in this area, but does not give you any insight as to the underlying hotel for this offer.

What is it that you're looking for in a hotel for this trip and what is your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes)?

Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
