This is a good rate for this hotel -- hotel website is quoting $134 prepaid for same dates.  We are frequently in the area because our son goes to college in Brunswick and the hotel is the most convenient to campus.  I would definitely rank it more than three stars, so I was skeptical even thought Hotwire claimed the last customer had won this hotel.
