thereuare
I'm not certain which property this is as i'm not familiar with any 4 star hotel Downtown that offers a Free Breakfast. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide for this trip or how we can be of further help. PS- please follow-up your previous Ft. Lauderdale Hotwire hotel and Hotwire hotel New Orleans threads with whatever you ended up doing for each of those trips. Please remember to follow-up your threads with your wins/decisions as you make them (even if you don't ultimately use PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc) as this help keep the board better organized and more useful for everyone... as well as being a courtesy to anyone who took the time to help with your travel plans. Thanks! Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment

AaronJB
If free breakfast was noted as an amenity and isn't included at this property, then I would definitely contact HOTWIRE as they may offer you a credit to use on a future purchase. I hope the stay otherwise went well. In the future if you run into a similar situation try to first show the hotel that Complimentary Breakfast was listed an amenity prior to your purchase and they may throw in breakfast just to keep you happy (as their actual cost is very little, especially if the hotel offers a breakfast buffet in the restaurant). If no resolution that way, then call HOTWIRE and let them know that you're being denied Breakfast which was shown to be complimentary based upon the amenities of your purchase (this does two things: 1) gets HOTWIRE to fix the listing for the future, 2) they will call the hotel and try to get breakfast included and if not successful may just tell you to charge breakfast and send them the receipt for reimbursement) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
