Please give me some suggestions in bidding for either a 4* or 5* hotel in downtown Austin TX.

It will be for one night and the date is flexible.

Your request is much to general, but to get you started:

-NOTE that Sunday nites are typically the least expensive nite of the week for hotels... is this an acceptable nite of the week for you?

-how far out into the future are you looking (if there was a great deal for tomorrow nite could you pick up and go... or do you need more time?  What if there was a great deal for August... or are you looking to travel sooner?)

-there will likely be a big difference in price between a 5* hotel and a 4* property... what exactly is it that you're looking for in a hotel and what is your expected budget (per nite before taxes/fees)
