Priceline Hotel: 4* NYC (Hell's kitchen)

It's our second time to be New york, last time we paid the original price without any discount 

stayed in Yotel, it's good and the location is good as well, but not that economical.  

This time I am looking for the experts to find the best value of 4 * 5/1-5/4 hotels in hell's kitchen area

Could you please help me to identify hotels on priceline express information  as below 

 

4 star hotel $214   

Good 7+ /10 

 

Amenities

Bed Choice

Business Center

Fitness Center

Non Smoking

Restaurant

 

And of course I want to try "name your own price" and my budget would be $200

Any suggestions?

When bidding on PRICELINE you won't necessarily win the same hotel that is currently being offered on PRICELINE EXPRESS.

 

What is more important to you... saving a few dollars and getting the lowest price but not knowing anything about the hotel you will receive OR paying a few dollars more and knowing some information about the hotel you're about to purchase (reviews, amenities, etc) and be able to have a guess as to what the underlying hotel may likely be?

 

I'm very familiar with NYC, do you have specific plans that require you to be in only the MTW-Hells Kitchen zone or may other areas nearby also be acceptable?
