Priceline Hotel: 4* Miami (South Beach - Central - Art Deco District) Washington Park Hotel South Beach

Hi All,

 

I will be travel next week to Miami (Nov 8 - Nov 11).

 

I am flexible on where to stay, any the areas below will do

 

Downtown - Port of Miami
Downtown Miami - Brickell Financial District
South Beach - Central - Art Deco District
South Beach - Central - Convention Center
South Beach - Collins Avenue Oceanfront
South Beach - Ocean Drive
 

I bid the past 2 days for 3.5 star in this area, and the following amount 80,85,90,95 and 100 with no success. On my first bid it did ask me to buy at $123 a night.

 

I checked express bidding and for the nights available I found 4* Art Deco for $105 and 4* in Brickell for $116.

 

I haven't bid in a while but I would have thought bidding was cheaper. 

 

Here are my questions:

1) What is typically lower bidding or express deal

2) Would you know which hotel the 4* are in express

3-star Hotel in Central SoBe - Art Deco District area

 

Amenities include

$6/day resort fee

Nov 8th - Nov 11th

2 adults 1 child

 

Price was $89/night

I ended up going with the Washington Park link above. Used the board PRICELINE link and coupon code.

 

Total cost before fees was $105/night and all with resort fees for 3 nights was $441.

 

The room may only accommodate 2, so hopefully 4 of us can fit okay, otherwise may need to sleep on the ground. I read that one child is free, so will see if they charge for my other child.

 

I have to look into a place/car to stay after the cruise but will create a new thread for that.
