AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. On PRICELINE EXPRESS, I'm seeing (please confirm that the correct dates of travel are showing on the detail page after clicking the links below.) 3* Vanderbilt - Music Row - West End for $118 Pets Allowed Free Parking Business Center Free Breakfast Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities >>>Guess would be the Comfort Inn Downtown 2* Vanderbilt - Music Row - West End for $83 Pets Allowed Free Parking Free Internet Free Breakfast No Smoking Rooms/Facilities >>>Guess would be the Extended Stay Nashville - Vanderbilt. Would either of these possibilities be of interest? Thank you for keeping us updated on what you decide and let us know if we can be of any further assistance. lwalker716
Eh.... Any idea what we can put for a winning "name your own price" bid? Looking at Vanderbilt/Music Row - maybe 3 1/2 star hotel? Link to comment
AaronJB
If looking to bid on PRICELINE what would be your desired max bid price per night? I'm seeing on HOTWIRE: 3.5* Vanderbilt Univ. - West End - Music Row for $149.00 Complimentary Breakfast Free Internet Pet Friendly Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet ==> A guess would be the Hayes Street. While more expensive, breakfast is an added value. lwalker716
We've kind of been eyeing the Best Western Plus Music Row. Any idea if they would accept a bid on PRICELINE? If so, what would be a good bid to put in? If not, any other suggestions? We were hoping something for around 130/night... Link to comment
thereuare
When bidding on PRICELINE you need to be willing to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) that you choose... there is no way to target (or avoid) any specific property; so i don't think bidding is an option if you're looking to specifically target the Best Western Music Row. When trying to target (or avoid) a specific property then PRICELINE EXPRESS and/or HOTWIRE are usually better options, but currently I don't see anything that would appear to be the Best Western Music Row appearing for your dates thru PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE. Not sure of your needs for this trip, but the guessed Hayes Street hotel on HOTWIRE gets a very good 4.5/5.0 TA rating and may be worth the extra $20 more than you're looking to spend (or can be justified by the included breakfast)... or you can spend more and get the Best Western Music Row for $184/nite (or try bidding on PRICELINE for the lowest possible price, but not being able to target/avoid/guess as to what hotel it is that you may likely receive) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. lwalker716
Hayes Street would be good. However, I'm seeing that we'd have to pay for parking. Link to comment
